By purchasing any package, service, or subscription from Candid Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making your purchase.




1. General Payment Terms



All purchases made through Candid Studios, whether once-off, monthly, or annual, are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by Candid Studios.


Payments are processed securely through our online payment system (Stripe), and clients are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate at the time of checkout.




2. One-Off Podcast Session Purchases



If you’ve booked a one-time podcast recording session:


  • All payments are final and cannot be refunded or transferred.

  • After purchase, you will receive an email with booking instructions. It is your responsibility to check your inbox (and spam folder) and book your session within the provided availability.

  • Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to studio availability.

  • If you do not book your session within the usage window (1 Month) or fail to attend your scheduled time, the session is forfeited.




3. Monthly Subscription, “Flex Plan”



Our weekly subscription is designed for full creative flexibility:


  • You are billed monthly and may cancel any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us in writing.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be given for unused time.

  • Monthly subscribers may book sessions based on current availability. We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance to secure your desired time.

  • If you miss a week or choose not to attend, your payment for that week is still non-refundable but can be 'stored' & redeemable at a later date'.




4. Yearly Subscription, “Committed Creators Plan”



The yearly subscription is designed for serious creators who want consistent access and long-term value:


  • The annual cost can be paid upfront or via a monthly installment plan.

  • Regardless of your chosen payment method, your commitment is for the entire year.

  • There are no refunds for yearly plans under any circumstances, this includes early cancellation or unused time.

  • However, we offer flexibility in deploying your sessions. You may:

    • Come in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly

    • Batch multiple episodes in one session

    • Skip certain months and make up time later (within your annual period)

  • We will work with you to create a recording rhythm that fits your schedule.

  • It is your responsibility to coordinate bookings in advance using the provided calendar link or via our podcast team.




5. Rescheduling & No Shows


  • Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance of your booked time.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are counted as used sessions and will not be refunded or rescheduled.




6. Studio Rights & Content Use



  • All clients retain full rights to their recorded content. Candid Studios does not use or share your material without your explicit permission.

  • By recording with us, you agree to abide by our studio guidelines, including respecting time limits, equipment usage, and conduct.




7. Changes to Terms



Candid Studios reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page and apply to all future purchases and renewals.
